We will only issue a refund if we receive the item back in perfect, unused condition with original packaging. Buyer should pay for the return shipping cost. 2) But for customized cases with your design,no return or exchanges is accepted because it's customized just for you and we can't re-sell it.

Quality is our top concern and we work as hard as we can to provide the highest quality/coolest gear that all your friends will ask about. Unfortunately, every once in a while there might be a defect on the design, faded graphic, or an unaligned logo. If this is the case, email us at sales@fancycasesmaker.com for further instructions
Cracks/Damage
We inspect all items before packaging and shipping. However, if you are to receive a case with a crack/bad scratch, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item along with a clear picture of the faulty item and your order number.
READ: After 24 hours of receiving your item, we will not be able to process a refund for cracked/damaged merchandise.
